(b) Notwithstanding that substantial drift would be prevented, no pesticide software shall be created or ongoing when:The quantity shall be recorded on a restricted components allow, if the operator from the home has this kind of allow, or issued on the variety accepted because of the Director, and shall be legitimate for a specified period of time
